As we continue to grow and expand, RMIT Vietnam Business Club recognizes the need to effectively recruit and train individuals to be future leaders in all of our activities. This semester, we are inviting competent members of the club to the management training program. This is a golden opportunity for you to realize your potentials in leadership and management. Successful applicants will gain the chance to become part of our management team.
Recruitment process:
1. Application submission (CV + Personal statement)
- Goal: to get an understanding and personal characteristics of the applicants.
- Applicants apply by submitting an CV, references are not required by the time of submission yet are expected to be available upon request.
- In the personal statement, the applicants answer a set of questions from corresponding department managers and the HR department (general)
2. Discussion
- Goal: determine persuading skill, communication skill and discussion leading skill of the applicants.
- All applicants take part in discussion sessions, with 6 participants each.
- Topics prepared by: corresponding department managers.
- Evaluated by: president, department manager, HR manager, club advisor.
- Ratings are taken independently before being combined to create an overall score.
3. Interview
- Goal: to ensure that applicants are qualified and are ready for training toward future management positions.
- Assessed by: Board of Committee Members
- To be considered in a case-by-case basis.
- Maximum 2 assistants recruited per department.
4. Training
- Recruited members will get a 1 or 2-semester training as an assistant before officially becoming a department manager.
